Order Processing

Each miy piece is individually crafted with intention and care.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $8.88

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15.00

Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules, we are always happy to assist if you experience an issue with your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Issues

Include your order number along with a brief description of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.
