The miy Return & Refund Policy

At miy, every piece is created with intention and care. In alignment with our eco-consciousness, to help reduce waste and keep our collections thoughtfully produced, all sales are final, and we do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that finding the perfect fit when shopping online can sometimes be challenging. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we are happy to offer one size exchange per order, subject to product availability. To begin the exchange process, please email hi@myinneryonder.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for. We will respond as soon as possible with the next steps.

We hope you love your miy pieces. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@myinneryonder.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

Please note that provided estimated delivery dates are just that, estimates. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules, we are always happy to help if you experience an issue with your shipment.
